EXCHANGE POLICY
At Val’esse, each product is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges are permitted only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Process for Exchange
• Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the return pickup of the defective product.
• After inspection of the returned item, we will ship a replacement product of the same design/model.
• If the identical product is unavailable due to being out of stock, Val’esse will issue store credit of equal value, which can be used for your next purchase.
• Store credit will not be issued in any other situation.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products that are not defective (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or preference) are not eligible for exchange.
• Personalised or customised orders cannot be exchanged unless defective.
4. Cancellation Policy
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD orders incur an additional fee of ₹120, payable upon delivery.
6. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
• For exchanges due to a defective product, Val’esse will cover the return and re-delivery shipping charges.
• For all other cases, exchanges or refunds are not permitted.
7. Important Notes
• Exchanges will be processed only after the defective product is received and inspected by our team.
• All decisions regarding eligibility for exchange rest solely with Val’esse.
