Welcome to Val’esse. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “Website” refers to www.valesse.in and any associated domains or subdomains; “User” or “You” refers to any individual accessing or using the Website; “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Val’esse, the brand operated by Koche Beauty, a partnership registered in Telangana, India; and “Products” means the items offered for sale by Val’esse.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Use of this Website is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18, we will promptly delete it. You may also contact us to request deletion.
3. Account Registration & Security
Some services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided, or where there is a violation of these Terms.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Product at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy of pricing and product descriptions, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions, and Val’esse does not store your credit/debit card or banking details. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to process the transaction. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal and payment information is collected, used, and protected.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the order as “delivered.”
• Val’esse covers lost or damaged parcels in transit. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if undelivered) to claim a replacement.
• International orders (if applicable) may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which will be borne by the customer.
7. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility
• Exchanges are accepted only if the item is faulty, defective, or damaged.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
• This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
- Exclusions
• Exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size chosen
• Disliking the colour, style, or design
• Order cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted once the order is confirmed.
- Reporting a Faulty Item
• To report a faulty or damaged item, please email us at [brand email] with photos and details within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Our team will review your request and provide the next steps for exchange.
- Condition of Returned Items
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Products damaged due to improper care, washing, or exposure to chemicals will not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our Care Guide to prolong the life of your Val’esse piece.
8. Intellectual Property & User Content
All content on this Website, including but not limited to product designs, logos, photographs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Val’esse. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
If you post reviews, photos, or other content related to Val’esse, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, share, or repost such content (with credit) on our platforms. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, misleading, or harmful.
9. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities
By using this Website, you agree not to:
• Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with the Website’s security or functionality.
• Post or transmit offensive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Website and Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we ensure quality and accuracy, Val’esse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Product in question. Val’esse shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or Products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Val’esse, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Force Majeure
Val’esse will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or interruptions in transportation or communication services.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction for any disputes will lie exclusively with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
15. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Val’esse. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
